What is the policy for receiving call-back pay?
Employees who get called back to the worksite to work extra hours after completing a tour of duty receive a minimum of two hours of time and a half overtime pay, even if they are sent home without working that amount of time. If the call-back occurs during regularly scheduled non-overtime work on a holiday, employees must be paid two hours of holiday premium pay instead of overtime.
