Do I get to keep frequent traveler benefits for travel I perform in my official capacity?
You may keep benefits such frequent flyer miles, upgrades, or access to carrier clubs or facilities for personal use, so long as they are obtained under the same terms as those offered to the general public and at no additional cost to the federal government.

However, you may not select a travel service provider based on whether it provides frequent traveler benefits. Also, promotional benefits or materials you receive from a travel service provider in connection with your planning and/or scheduling an official conference or other group travel, as opposed to performing official travel yourself, are considered government property.
