At what rate do I accumulate sick leave and how much of it can I have to my credit?

Full-time employees earn four hours of sick leave each biweekly pay period (13 days a year); part-time workers earn one hour of sick leave for every 20 hours in a pay status. The biweekly accrual rate for employees on uncommon tours of duty is four hours times the average number of hours per biweekly pay period, divided by 80.

There is no limit on the amount of sick leave that can be accumulated.
