Event to spotlight data-driven recruitment

A major good governance nonprofit, the Partnership for Public Service, on July 19 will host an event to highlight and inform participants about how to use today’s vast wells of data to help fill federal jobs—efficiently and with the best applicants.

The PPS event will feature experts who will discuss the many ways to use data about job candidates to improve agencies’ all-too-often slow moving federal hiring mechanisms.

Topics will include how to analyze and interpret talent pool data to find the best people for your agency; how to work with hiring managers and stakeholders in your agency to define open positions; and how best to align key positions to strong candidates.
