Since I'm doing this for the 1st time, and samples of an appeal of the FAD to the OFO are few, I have one question.  In my brief for the appeal, do I refer to myself as the Complainant or the Appellant?  Not being an expert I can see it either way since I am still the complainant yet I am appealing the FAD - I need advice on which is the correct on to use.

Go to Google.com
Type " Federal Sector EEOC Decision", then from search engine, select index key words to search (Such as: Timeline, race discrimination, disability discrimination, claims failed, etc. It depends what is your appeal about).

Here are some cases I found for you.

1.            www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01992722.txt - 7k - 2009-10-20 - Cached

2.       http://www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01992689.txt

3.       http://www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01990996.txt

4.       http://www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01a43308.txt

5.       http://www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01a44815.txt

6.       http://www.eeoc.gov/decisions/01a45277.txt

Or, go to Ask Jeeves.com, type up "EEOC OFO appeal" cases", you may find out some webste link.

Good luck.

Yes, you are correct - I am the Appellant.  I got different answers depending who I asked so I sent an email to OFO asking the same question.   They responded back to address myself as the Appellant.   Thank you.
